The cost of a project depends on the scope, complexity, and strategic needs of your organization. Unlike traditional video production companies,we don’t just create content—we craft strategic storytelling that drives real results.

Typically, one of our core projects starts around $16,000. This amount can increase or decrease with factors such as number of filming days, the number of subjects, and the number of locations.

With that said, our Strategic Brand Video Packages starts at $8,000 and provide up to 10 high quality videos designed for social media and other brand assets.

No! Our core film packages are invoiced 50% upon signing a contract, 25% upon the wrap of production/filming, and then 25% once all deliverables have been sent for revision.

Campaigns and Annual partnerships are invoiced monthly with 20% of the total cost due on month one and the remaining months split into equal payments.

Our Audit and our Visual Marketing Jumpstart are our only services that require full payment upon signing.

The scope and direction of a project will determine it's timeline. Generally, a project unfolds over 8-12 weeks from the initial conversation. We have a few projects each year that can be completed within a few weeks if paired with a motivated and fast-moving stakeholder.

We also take on projects that may extend over a year or more from start to finish. It’s important to remember that we can only move as fast as you can.

You're hiring us to be your creative partner, so you can be involved as much or as little as you like! We’re not just here to deliver you a top-notch video or marketing plan; we are also here to take things off your plate so you can focus on doing what YOU do best.

At the very least, we will have a cohesive kick off meeting at the start of the project, ensuring alignment and a plan to deliver your project.
